Expressions of Interest Now Open Q-SEED Lighthouse Project

Q-SEED is a place-based initiative designed to help businesses, organisations, and government rethink procurement practices—maximising social and local economic impact across the Townsville region.

Q-SEED are now inviting Expressions of Interest for one organisation to become a funded Lighthouse Project Partner.

As a Lighthouse Partner, your organisation will collaborate with the Q-SEED team (represented by procurement consultancy ArcBlue, CQUniversity and Smart Precinct NQ) to pilot innovative, regionally focused procurement strategies that deliver meaningful local and social outcomes:

Increase your use of local suppliers, sub-contractors, and workforce during a live project/s to support the Townsville-region economy.
Apply innovative approaches to ensure meaningful participation, employment, and procurement opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander businesses.
Contribute to employment pathways for apprentices, trainees, and young people in the region.
Effectively track, measure, and report on your engagement and outcomes.
