Collaboratively using procurement to create employment opportunities for the young people of Townsville.

Q-SEED Regional Forward Procurement Plan

The Q-SEED Regional Action Plan has identified critical challenges faced by both buyers (procurement officers) and suppliers in the areas of:

  • Visibility of opportunities
  • Accessibility to procurement processes
  • Resources required to deliver on local procurement initiatives

To address these challenges, Q-SEED provides targeted support, capacity-building initiatives, and networking opportunities. These efforts aim to strengthen local procurement capabilities and foster increased local investment.
